It was selected to assure the world’s first end-to-end NFV/SDN telco cloud, and is being used at one of the top 5 largest CSPs globally with over 300 million subscribers to automate up to 95% of network quality management across their traditional network.

    In 2020, MYCOM OSI won the TM Forum Excellence Award 2020 in the ‘Cloud Native IT and Agility' category for the deployment of South East Asia's first network and service assurance platform in the public cloud, with the Assurance Cloud Service™ at Globe Telecom. Also, MYCOM OSI's case study with stc, unifying its performance management capabilities into a single, cloud native platform capable of automating much of stc's network and service operations, resulted in the partnership winning the Telecom Review Excellence Award 2020.

    Company History

    MYCOM OSI was formed in 2014 by combining two leading Telecom industry Service Assurance software providers – MYCOM and OSI. The heritage of MYCOM (Est. 1997) is in Network Performance Management, and OSI (Est. 1989) in Fault Management, with both offering Service Management capabilities. Today, MYCOM OSI has completed re-architecting its portfolio for the digital era with a cloud native, integrated, real-time service assurance suite of applications powered by automation, analytics and AI/Machine Learning.

    MYCOM OSI is headquartered in London, UK with 250+ staff in offices worldwide serving customers in all continents and is 100% focused on service assurance of large-scale telecom and enterprise networks.
