It can be difficult for Communication Service Providers to know which OSS/BSS provider is best.
MYCOM Executives recently attended the TM Forum Live event in Nice, France.
TM Forum Live! is the Forum's flagship event and brings together key players and innovators in the digital ecosystem to focus on the priorities of digital business being tackled by operators today such as Internet of Things (IoT), Virtualization, Big Data and Agile Business & IT transformation.
At the event MYCOM made significant announcements and showcased new products and solutions
As part of its strategic goal of differentiating on network quality, in 2010 Vodafone India identified an opportunity to radically change the way that its operational systems were designed, managed and run so as to improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency and optimize revenue.
The inherent characteristics of LTE technology and deployment scenarios bring about a number of new challenges: migration to an all-IP architecture all the way to the radio interface, the imperative of mobility and traffic offload across multiple technology layers (LTE, HSPA, 2G and Wi-Fi), the complexities of managing VoLTE, and the higher strain on mobile backhaul. In addition, investments in LTE infrastructure can be considerable, especially in the 2 GHZ band. Finally, competition and market conditions are imposing compressed timescales for Service Providers to rollout and offer LTE services.
We are delighted to announce that MYCOM's NIMS-PrOptima came out top in a recent research report from Analysys Mason titled “Unified network performance management: How to assess suppliers in the market for converged mobile services”.
By Stephen Breheny, President Managed Services and Solutions, MYCOM: Our business is totally focused on enhancing the performance of carriers’ networks and provides end-to-end telecom solutions across three broad areas that include 1) NIMS-PrOptima Service and Network Performance Management software, 2) an Advanced Engineering Services division for building-out network infrastructure and my team which provides 3) Managed Services and Solutions around network design, performance management, switching services and advanced device testing.
