MYCOM Wins Best Customer Experience Enabling Solution Award

Telecom Review Summit recognizes MYCOM’s end-to-end, multi-domain network performance solution NIMS-PrOptima

London, UK – 11th December 2013 MYCOM, the leading independent provider of carrier-grade Service and Network Performance solutions, today announced that it NIMS-PrOptima™ solution has been selected as the winner of the Best Customer Experience Enabling Solution category at the Telecom Review Industry Awards held in Dubai, UAE, 8th December.

In its 2nd consecutive year, the Telecom Review Summit brought together more than 150 leaders of the telecoms and ICT sectors from around the world to Dubai in order to hear about the newest business models for operators, the best techniques in deploying new technologies, wholesale market opportunities and monetizing media content.

Every year the Telecom Review Industry Awards honor companies based on their innovative business practices, business excellence and overall business success and recognizes the vital contribution made by these individuals and their companies.

After extensive deliberation, MYCOM’s NIMS-PrOptima was selected as winner of the Best Customer Experience Enabling Solution category for enabling CSPs to deliver a better customer experience for subscribers by providing unified access, intelligence and analysis of the CSP’s entire network end-to-end.

NIMS-PrOptima is a converged (Fixed/IP/Mobile) Service Assurance solution with out-of-the-box support for multiple technologies, domains and equipment vendors across access, backhaul, core and service networks. It processes large volumes of performance, configuration and services data in near real-time, has advanced correlation, analysis, reporting and visualization modules, and is highly flexible via automation, workflow and configuration capabilities.

NIMS-PrOptima addresses the challenges communications services providers face in visualizing and correlating performance data in large scale networks across multiple domains, technology layers and equipment vendors by enabling CSPs to harness end-to-end network performance intelligence in order to deliver a better customer experience.
