Company History

MYCOM OSI was formed in 2014 by combining two leading Telecom industry Service Assurance software providers – MYCOM and OSI. The heritage of MYCOM (Est. 1997) is in Network Performance Management, and OSI (Est. 1989) in Fault Management, with both later evolving Service Management capabilities. Today, MYCOM OSI provides deep telecom expertise and solutions in areas fundamental to network and service quality, the primary contributor to customer experience, loyalty and churn.

MYCOM OSI serves Tier 1 CSPs globally and is headquartered in London, UK with 250+ staff in offices worldwide 100% focused on service assurance of telecoms networks.
